Performance Management Module Updates

We made many updates this year to our already highly-configurable Performance Management module.

It’s now a simple matter to copy 1 form template to a new template based on EmployeeID, Department or Job Code.

We’re supporting eSignatures when a Manager completes their input (and Employee input if they are included) and we’ve expanded our Performance Approval functionality.

The number of required levels of Performance Approval can now be specified, as can routing to HR.

Inputs Now Accepted in Multiple Hierarchies

We’ve extended accepting data inputs to any hierarchy/rollup view you want to build (Reports-to, Geographic, Business Function, International Assignee, etc.).

This allows any manager role the ability to review & provide input in the hierarchy most appropriate for them, with a minimal amount of swapping pages.

You define your hierarchy(ies) the way that is best for you, then create Roles and Assign your management into the hierarchy that best represents their data.

Safe Harbor Changes Storm Brewing

Techie Corner / Tool Tip

You can ‘pin’ most reports to the Dashboard, allowing you to immediately access your important information after login, without further navigation!

a. I clicked the Reports tab at the top of the screen
b. the list of Standard Reports is selected/displayed by default
c. I selected the Top 50 Total Comp report from that list
d. I chose the population I want to use and set the thresholds I wanted in the Filters
e. I clicked “Pin to Dashboard”; this Top 50 Total Comp report (with it’s selected attributes) is now available on the Dashboard I see after logging in


When I go back to the Dashboard below, there is my just-added Top 50 Total Comp report ready to Run (or Modify Options or Remove)!

This Dashboard view itself is highly configurable at the User-level, but that is the subject of a future Tool Tip (or Tips!).
