Performance Management Module
Throughout the year we regularly keep our finger on the pulse and speak to both current clients and prospects to find out:
- how we can possibly make their jobs easier and
- what is on their “wish lists”?
We then look to see if we can enhance our application to enable those requests!
This year the number 1 thing people have been asking us for is not just the facility to enter an employee performance rating in our system, but to expand on that and actually be able to manage the entire employee performance appraisal online. After working closely with HR Directors in several different companies we are now delighted to be able to offer a Performance Manger module.
This module plugs directly into our main compensation/reward application and allows managers to easily manage the entire employee appraisal process – from designing appraisal template forms, through to setting individual objectives/ratings/targets and goals, through to actually completing the employees appraisal online and giving them their final ratings. The module links in nicely with our Employee Portal to enable the employee themselves to login and input their feedback on their appraisal form online.
The final completed form is stored as a .pdf file so you have also have a permanent record of each years appraisal.
We have been pleasantly surprised at the demand for this module and look forward to welcoming more users of it over the next few months.
Analytics is a current buzzword regularly mentioned in HR publications. A step further than Reports/Reporting, Analytics are expected to be available without ‘running’ anything; embedded on a dashboard or auto-run & emailed.
SpiraLinks is currently designing what we want to make available, in what form and how we will deliver the content to our users.
Would you like to help us in this effort? We’d love to hear what you feel is important and need to review on a regular basis! Just respond to this with any ideas you have and they will certainly be considered!
