Tool Tip 1: Admin Hierarchy

Do you need to move 1 or more employees from one department to another? Simply drag the employee(s) from the ‘old’ department(s) and drop them on the ‘new’ department(s) using our Admin Hierarchy Administration screen — no other action required. We also offer an import API for bulk changes.

Tool Tip 2: Reports

You can ‘pin’ most reports to the Dashboard, allowing you to immediately access your important information after login, without further navigation.

Here’s how:

  1. Click the Reports line item in the left-hand Menu
  2. Click Standard Reports in the Reports sub-item list
  3. Click a report name in the Reports list; we’re using the Top 50 Total Comp report in this example
  4. Select the Organization you wish to report on and set your desired threshholds/limits/etc
  5. Click Pin to Dashboard; as you’ll see below, the Top 50 Total Comp report is now available on my Dashboard, with the settings I just selected. I can now immediately run this report from the Dashboard after logging in

Tool Tip 2: Reports

When I return to the Dashboard below, now my just-added Top 50 Total Comp report is there ready to Run (or Modify Options or Remove). This Dashboard view is highly configurable at the User-level, as we will show in future tips.
